Welcome to Summit Realty Group. Please select the 100% commission plan you chose when you joined our firm and follow the instructions provided to make your first recurring commission program payment.
The Fine Print!
-All recurring payments will be deducted from your account on the same day of the month/year you set up the first payment. It is the agents responsibility to make sure funds are available for the date the agents account is to be debited.
-Missed program payments due to insufficient funds will result in all existing transactions being moved to the commission structure of the Silver Program. Once program payment is re-established, all new transactions following the reactivation date will be on the commission program paid for. All existing transactions will remain on the Silver Program even after the payment has been re-established.
-If a dispute is filed with the 3rd party payment collection company by the agent due to insufficient funds in the account or a payment being debited due to the agent not canceling in time, a $250 charge will be billed to the agent and/or deducted from the next commission check. SRG does not send bills or reminders about anniversary dates and it is the agents responsibility to maintain proper account balances to ensure program payments can be made, to cancel payments of existing programs if switching to a new program, or to cancel payments in the event of termination or resignation. Communication is key! If you are having a problem with the account, contact management to avoid extra charges and account issues.
-If you are an existing SRG or SRG affiliated agent. When moving to a new commission program, all existing transactions remain on the current program and all new transactions move to the newly chosen commission program following the activation date of the new program.
