Once we have processed your documents and we confirm your broker change, a “Welcome Email” will be sent to the email address you have provided. This important e-mail will contain your usernames and passwords to access the Agent Command Center (company back office) and Online Transaction Coordinator.

Step 1: Complete these required ► Brokerage Forms ◄
Step 2: A 504 form (Real Estate License or Permit Change) is required by Nevada Real Estate Division in order to associate with a new brokerage. This form will be mailed out to the address you provide. The “office mailing address” is: 9890 South Maryland Pkwy. Suite 200-A. Las Vegas, NV 89183. Our Corporate ID# with the Nevada Real Estate Division is #B.1000686.LLC.
Deliver or mail your completed 504 form and completed 505 form (Disassociation from current brokerage) to the Nevada Real Estate Division along with any applicable transfer fees and your original license if not mailed by your previous broker.
You have 30 days from your “hire” date to show brokerage transfer or become a member of your local Realtor® association. Summit Realty Group will not assume any responsibility for late fees charged or disciplinary action taken by your local Realtor® board for non-compliance.
If you are joining on the Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Programs, please set up your recurring payment HERE with-in 48 hours. Newly licensed agents and agents who have not completed a transaction with-in the past 365 days are subject to the terms and conditions of the Jumpstart program.
