Step 2: Complete and return to The Colorado Real Estate Division: “application for change in status” form REC-BL here and “E&O” Insurance form here. Change your “main office mailing address” to the following address: 8924 Tappy Toorie Place. Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Our Corporate ID with the Colorado Real Estate Commission is #100018821.
