Our real estate agent “Jumpstart” program is our training program designed for new real estate agents in the business or agents returning to the business that have not performed a transaction with-in the past 365 days. All agents and brokers that fit into this criteria will get one-on-one coaching through their first listing and first sale on a 70/30 split with the Mentor.
Coaching includes:

-Goal setting and direction on how to acheive those goals
-One-on-one contracts and disclosures guidance
